signseekerWill has a very long list of abilities. Among other things he can:
1: Communicate mind to mind, both through words and mental images.
2: Defend his mind against mental attacks.
3: Receive visions of other times and places, when touching something that carries the memory or when time overlaps.
4. Speak every human language.
5. Sense the presence of the Light and Dark. In his universe these are two balancing forces of the universe, the cold white flame at the center of the universe and great dark pit as deep as the universe. For RP I generally play it that he'd be able to feel something from other forces that are similar enough to the Light and Dark from his world.
Will will not be using any of these abilities without permission. If you are interested in plotting with any of these, please comment below.

- Heavily telepathic/empathic, I'm fine with psychic interaction.
- Steeped in the 'Dark Side' of the Force, in which Dark is emotion, personal power and aggression and Light is calmness, knowledge and defense. To sensitives, the Dark Side feels like an aura of cold, or unsettling fear/sickness.
- I'm fine with past visions! This goes for my other characters (Lightning and Kumoko) too.

Date: 2019-12-22 10:18 pm (UTC)On Will's part, canon is never clear what he would feel like to other sensitives although there is a scene where a human sensitive sees him for a moment as a column of light. My best guess is cold white light/general feeling of weirdness.

Light/Dark?: No association, there is an interesting "darkness kills living things" mechanic in an area of the game but Prisoner doesn't have an attunement either way.
Past Visions: Sure thing! Be fun! Probably! He's got a messed up world.

Psychic?: Nope
Light/Dark?: Her personally? Not really - she is balanced between light and dark. Will is free to sense this if he wants. This would be a good IC conversation though because she's originally from a place where Light is bad, then lived in a place where Light is good. The quick n dirty without a book is in the base world light is good, dark is bad, but too much of either is bad.
Past Visions: Sure thing! Be fun!

Psychic?: Yes, and definitely: it's his preferred communication because he's not limited by words. If Will is someone who reads minds there are some caveats worth discussing, but just chatting this is fine.
Light/Dark?: Not directly. Paper's patron is Yog-Sothoth the elder god, and a little bit of him is always present, so if that counts then sure.

Will doesn't read minds unless someone specifically invited him in, because that's something the Dark would do. He can read thoughts and mental images if it is specifically sent to him.

Date: 2019-12-28 08:48 pm (UTC)2: No telepathic ability at all. She's been shown to be able to receive telepathic communication in the past though, as in other people use theirs on her and she can hear them that way. But she can't send anything out herself.
3: In Madoka's world light and dark are represented by hope and despair respectively. And Madoka herself literally becomes the embodiment of hope later on in canon, so she's practically filled to the brim with hope/light magical energy and he may vaguely sense something despite it being slightly different from the light and dark in his world since it's just that strong.
4: Totally okay with it.

(3) Nerdanel lives in Valinor, and has family dinners with the God of the Forge/Earth/Metal etc. so yes =p
(4) YES. Nerdanel is also foresighted, although her instances seem to be all specifically around her family

Date: 2020-01-01 11:36 am (UTC)2. Little One has none. Romeo can speak with his god (Elfnein) telepathically whilst in his weapon form (very niche I know, but it has been ruled before that telepaths can 'hear' the telepathy so if it ever happens he is welcome to hear their conversation)
3. Romeo is a spirit from the heavens. I am not sure how 'light' this makes him as Norogami is weird so lighter side but probably nothing special.
Little One serves the dark god of shadows and chaos. She refers to herself (privately, deep cover and all that) as dark serving. Dark here means 'evil, to do with causing chaos and suffering'. He is fine to sense the darkness in her.

3. Does your character have any association with Light or Dark forces in their canon? Actually, yes! She became a ghost after being murdered and sacrificed to a Dark Lord, so that evil energy might still be clinging to her in some capacity.

3. I think wizardry has been phrased as akin to the High Magic? Much more on the side of Light than Dark, anyway. At any rate, very much a yes to sensing it. (Will can also perceive Bobo/the peridexis, if you so wish.)
4. Yes! =D No further preferences at present, but I would love to plot with this!

3: In Jun's canon, Light is an element only usable by gods and those who serve them. Being a holy knight, Jun has STONKS of it-- however, it's only really detectable when he chooses to show it. Otherwise he reads as just a normal person.

Would it be alright for Will to sense this in them?: Thanatos is made of darkness as his mother is Night Incarnate. Zagreus can collect more darkness to become stronger. The darkness is considered powerful but also feared by those from the surface who do not understand it. Darkness is generally an Underworld and Night thing. Will is welcome to sense that Thanatos is heavily made of darkness.
4: Would you be interested in plots with Will receiving visions of the past?: Possibly. I can't think of any related to Thanatos that would like to play out, but I'm also not opposed to plotting something either.

3. Yes and no? Shadows and darkness are a thing, and Persona are basically tamed Shadows, but Ken's elemental affinities are lightning and light. Dark doesn't mean evil in terms of elements. Shadows are the real problem.

3. Taiki is a being of goodness- a holy creature. Light in his world is aligned with the gods/doing good. Darkness is the Youma/demons. Taiki has the ability to subdue demons and make pacts with them for them to bring them in the light and serve the gods under him. He currently has no creatures bound to him. Kirin are for this purpose bright lights and indeed creatures who can sense auras in his world see kirin souls as glowing balls of light. Will is welcome to sense this

Telepathic or psychic ability? - Not inherently but they can receive messages just fine
Association with Light or Dark forces in their canon? - In his original life he was very much full of light though its not a force that he's aligned with but just a thing. There's still a lot of that in him but he's no longer human so there's some darkness creeping in especially when he's angry or in battle. Their canon doesn't really have any emphasis on light and dark but someone's chakra can feel light or dark so there is that. Its kind of the traditional "light is good dark is bad" nonsense

Telepathic or psychic ability? - Not inherently but they can receive messages just fine
Association with Light or Dark forces in their canon? - Its implied as usual that darkness is "evil" and light is "good". Malekith comes from the darkness he's extraordinarily old and his kind existed before light ever did. However, rather than feeling like darkness he kind of feels more like an absense of light? their kind are made of dark matter.
